Very tough to fill water, no safety, no instruction leaflet included and not working too. This is a non returnable item and hence be very cautious. They have kept the product price low and adding more than 50% of the iten price as packing charges. Do not waste your time & money by buying this.

It comes in different designs.. So depends on ur luck what u will get...Doesn't contain gel. You have to fill it with water initially with the attachment given along the bottle (though i received only one attachment with two bottles). Capacity is approximately 1ltr for each water bottle (3 to 4glasses).Can't be used for babies.. unless u use it for few days, and be sure abt the safety.. So have to be little careful as the water filling cap is very much similar to that of ball, through which one fills the air.Gets warm quickly in 5 minutes provided the electricity voltage is fine..

Worst product ever..used just once it started leakingAlong with the product they give u a slip which asks you to give a review and in turn recieve 6 months warranty.They also give u a customer care numbr fr resolving issueBut wen u msg them they dont reply,wrn u call them they dont give any proper response.The product is also not returnable .Worst product ever.All those who have written good reviews might have done so in order to get warrantyDont buy at all.total waste of money!!

It's quite small. If you are looking for a large one. This is not it. But it's good for to relive pain in small portions. You have to be really careful while filling up the water. The good side is you can plug in and heat it many times in a single day. Although using fresh water is always good. It's quite a good product. It wasn't damaged.

The best thing I liked about this heating bag is the quality.Its very easy and convenient to use.You just to plug it in socket and it just takes 5-6mnts and it remains for one hour for use.You can carry it wherever you want like travelling office or outing.A great product with good quality.Recommend to buy.

initially, it was working good and that lasted only for 3 weeks and stopped working. Now, I can't even return the product. Buy this if you need to use it for less than one month and end up wasting your money.

Don’t buy this item there no way to use it neither I can fill water in it or any gel kind of thing Amazon misguiding on this and also not providing return, replace or refund.
