This seems to help the pain reduce at first when I putting it on it was questionable if it would do much of anything but it does help reduce planter fasciitis.It's a little uncomfortable.Not for walking in.But the pain next day was relieved by more than 50 percentAnd pain 2nd day relieved more than 75 percent.By the third day... it now will be used post walk to keep pain very minimal or gone.

This has two extra soft padding pieces which are helpful, the design was tricky to figure out but once we did it helps to stretch my calf muscle. The ball is HARD and not really worth anything we don't use it. The extra wrap is helpful in securing it on my calf. overall, this is a good design, good value for the money no real complaints.

Tried on once and it broke while tightening. The Plastic piece that secures fabric from the foot to ankle, the actual only piece that would’ve made this useful. Should be metal, a complete disappointment and waste of money. Do not buy
