I love this item!!! I’m just so sorry that it has taken me this long to find it!! This is SO MUCH BETTER than those balls or stationary roller balls that are on the market! This allows for me to do both feet at the same time-it doesn’t get away from me the way balls do! The first time I used it and woke the the next morning and started walking I noticed I wasn’t limping as bad and the pain was noticeably less. Having done this for a week now I’m still amazed at how great my feel feel!

Nice product but not much relief

Bought foot log due to plantar fasciitis. Very durable, nice black/red color. Use daily and feels very good. While sitting in the tricep dip position at the end of a chair I roll both feet at same time. I use this way to get max pressure since fingers just not strong enough to get in there. Wish I had this when the pain was bad. Stretching is not enough anymore as those tendons are well stretched. Was certainly worth the $20!

I roll my feet on it during long car rides and first thing in the morning. It really loosens them up and those first few steps are much better. Used regularly, it definitely can calm down that mean plantar fasciitis

My husband has plantar fasciitis and he says this really, really helps.

I tried to like this product , but once I opened the box and felt the texture of the plastic, I knew that it would not provide enough pressure in the areas I need it. I am returning the product.
