Run and grab this! I was soo tired of always trying to remember my keys 😩, this product made me worry free ! Run and buy it. My boyfriend installed it for me tho.

So I've had this door lock going on two years now and overall it is a great lock although the key passes stopped working after about 6 months for me. Don't know why.The fingerprint function as well as the app is pretty horrendous during the winter months when it gets super cold so me being in Colorado only happens maybe 2 or 3 weeks of the year total. The app will constantly say that it needs to restart Bluetooth for it to work and I end up using my key anyways because it takes to long otherwise. During the rest of the year I don't ever need my keys on me I can leave and be sure that I can get into my house no problem it's only when it's super cold that it has any types of problems. The battery's lasted for a full year and those were Duracell right out of the package I did try rechargeable battery's but the positive side wasn't big enough if you compare the positive on a non rechargeable and a rechargeable you can see the ridge is slightly smaller so those didn't work. I do like that I can set codes for people and also see who has come and gone through the door via the app. I live alone and am always worried that someone will be inside and I wouldn't know.

Quick to install, easy to use, the only compliant is I wish it would’ve let us know that in order to use the remote access anywhere you had to have the gateway, so it could’ve been purchased together, but easy fix. Customer service was phenomenal when the lock started to malfunction, had a replacement within a week.
