they did lose it in the mail some how but they got it to me, the customer service was excellent! The blade is Strong and Heavy Just what I wanted. I may take off the cords on the handle and have a cobbler work leather on it but that's what I wanted to begin with. The cords do mess with your hands on the swing unless if your wearing gloves.
