Hi I have not tried the product yet. But I wanted to gift it and it came dented.

Amazing how much it expands with very little effort. Very fragrant but it doesn't seem to stick around in any annoying way, I had a few people say I smelled great but it wasn't too much. I get a nice shave with a straight razor and safety razor while moisturizing my face. I enjoyed just lathering it up at first to find how much water I need and it works with a lot or a little depending on your skin sensitivity needs.I'll definitely be getting more of this.

Product smelt great and was easy to use. The soap was was smooth on the face and felt refreshing.

Update: after reaching out to the company, not only did they send me another comb when the first one was lost in the mail, they offered to refund the purchase price. Fantastic customer service!That soap itself has a nice scent, and generates a reasonable lather, but it is a little difficult to load into the brush because the container is too small for the amount of soap - it is very full. Shortly after receiving the soap, the company offered to send me a free pocket comb - a nice gesture. Unfortunately, 6 weeks on, this comb is yet to arrive. This suggests that their customer service has something to be desired. It might have been better to say nothing rather than offer a free gift, then fail to deliver.
