Miracle cleanse!! Ordered Tuesday 7/10 received in the morning on 7/11 I took one pill before bed and felt great all day, my mood was boosted, I drank one gallon of water today 7/12 I took the second pill when I got home from work to make sure I didn't have to RUN to a bathroom one hour later I suddenly had to go naturally, I felt relieved after being bloated and constipated for around two weeks... This stuff works. It's not a cure-all but it definitely helps. I have a 2-year history of bloating and I have to follow a strict low fodmap diet. I take one a night (2 is a bit much for me) and it helps me have regular bowel movements. I've also noticed I don't have as many cravings as I used to. I plan to start using some other products from this company as they have a whole line of other supplements.

Really works! Almost too good, that is! I’m sitting on the toilet 5 to 7 times daily making my bottom soar, no joke. Planning on slowing down the dosages to give myself a break. I haven’t necessarily lost weight nor slimmed down my waist size just yet but I hope in time I’ll benefit from that as well.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this really impressed me. Within the first 48 hours, I noticed less bloating and felt so much lighter. It’s gentle but definitely gets things moving, and I love that it’s made with clean, vegan-friendly ingredients. I’ve also felt a steady boost in energy, which I didn’t expect. As for me, it works.Took two, nothing first day, no notice.Took two more same time and evening.Next morning, lower bowels started, 4th time to the toilet in less than an hour and a 1/2.Don’t know about flat stomach. Loss of pounds- blah blah blah. But this is most definitely doing something. This Bio Cleanse most definitely is pushing whatever it is: out.I would say if you’ve had problems, hard stools, waiting for “it” and disappointed with the outcome, take two. Maybe it’ll work quicker for you, but as for me…whoah.Set aside some time for this, and I’d say don’t go on a roadtrip or you’ll be fertilizing some guys cornfield out in bfe.Maybe instead of 2, take one, but if you want to fully cleanse and you can tolerate, take the 2, and it’s dump time a day and a half later.-Good luck-11/12/2024Here is my plan and I’ve instituted this into my daily ritual. As of now, I’ve taken and finished one jar, and I just ordered 2 more. This is NO way possibly going to work for you. However, it’s most definitely working for me. I do believe that this has helped in my weight loss. It is of my opinion, it freed up the “sludge” and bad bacterial habits that reside in my gut. Without question. I have been walking a mile or two a day, and exercise when I can. Additionally, I cut my portions…and I’m drinking lots of water…I’d say close to a gallon a day..so again, it’s me…and this does work for me. However , since the last review, I’ve had so much less bloating. I was shocked how much weight I was gaining, and I was eating LESS but still gaining the damn weight. Hence the reason for this product. In combination with the other things, I have lost an astonishing 28 lbs. so far. That’s right - 28. I do think though, you need to exercise. I do believe drinking big jugs of water pushes out the gunk inside you to not take hold. This is just a “tool” of many…however, it working incredibly well. I take 2 pills at 8 or 9 pm. At 7:30 am, like clockwork, I go. I have noticed that I have more energy, my joints aren’t hurting as I have before, and I’m cognitively more sharp as able to come to “those words” much quicker. I’m 53, and I’ve gone from 278 down to 250 and dropping…So again, this is NOT. Miracle Pill. But I do believe it has helped my gut process and ramp up significantly which is one of the keys to keeping, maintaining and processing food, weight and all…. I firmly believe in this product… once I’m low on this bottle, I’ll probably drop to one pill per day in the evening . If I feel a sluggish reoccurrence, then I’ll go up to 2 once again. OMG!! By the second day, you will feel the need of going to the bathroom!!! That’s my morning alarm, going to the bathroom! The first day I didn’t feel anything. After second day. Every day I go 3X a day 😬

I was torn between this and trying Colon Broom. Let’s start here… we’ve all been on this planet long enough to know that weight loss supplement claims are not quite reliable or fully accurate. There is no magic bullet to dropping weight and trimming a “dad bod” belly fast. I’m a pretty regular guy… I go #2 at a minimum twice a day but often 3 times. My purpose for shopping for a supplement was to address bloating I was experiencing in recent months. Feeling extra full when I hadn’t eaten THAT much.So I started out with the recommended 2 pills before bed. The first few days I didn’t really notice much change in my bowel movements. Eventually it started adding some frequency to bathroom visits and in week 2, things were a little more… “explosive”, especially earlier the day.I can say that pretty quickly after starting the Inno Cleanse, I wasn’t feeling as bloated after every meal. So I guess in that sense, this was a success. It did what I was looking for it to do. Beyond that, I wasn’t looking for increased regularity as I was good there. I can’t say I notice more energy or better sleep or any kind of belly trimming. So I think if you are looking for help with some bloating and fullness issues, this might be of some help and worth trying one bottle to see how it goes for you. I wouldn’t consider this a weight loss supplement.
