It seems to work on the first day.
I like it because it is organic and natural. I am not able to give it full marks as its my first time. In one month would be better to do a review.

Taste is okay, as expected bitter.Poor quality, as there is presence of mud or soil in every spoon of Bhoomi amla, probably not washed and cleaned well before making it to powder. I will not buy again from same company.
