Good quality product

I learned this the hard way, but the coating is not dishwasher safe. It's not non stick, so grease and flour like you would regular aluminum pans, and the bread comes out easily. I don't trust non stick surfaces as I've used them and my bread still sticks. It's less likely to stick in this pan, and cooks much better then any glass loaf pans. glass will prevent the crust from forming properly. The metal works like it should.

Pleasantly surprised with this loaf pan. Baked a banana bread to try it out. Baked evenly and released easily from the pan (with a light greasing). Will try out more recipes. One note about delivery: it did arrive with a small dent in one corner of the bottom of the pan. I was surprised it was shipped in a plastic bag and not a box. I'm assuming that is how it got dinged along the way.

Good quality non stick, easy to clean, love it.
