Got this new head to replace the damaged one on my older banjo. This is the first time that I’ve tried this and it worked out great.

This fit perfect on my Gibson archtop rb-250 old banjo. Sounds great.

This is a decent quality but some of the flocking was flaking off.

I picked up a thrift store banjo, not knowing it was a 1950s parlor Kay. The head was cracked, from years stuffed in a case and dry rotted. I changed the head, strings, and bridge and gave it a new life.

The banjo head arrived with a dent at one edge but was quickly and courteously replaced. Thank you.

It's a perfect, ordinary frosted head for a five-string, bluegrass banjo. I didn't want one I could almost see through. I didn't want one that was smooth (shiney). It's exactly what I expected (optimistically, I know). No complaints at all.
