Fresh high altitude small batch roasting allows more flavor to develop in every bean we roast. Single bean spice with a rich flavor. These beans, which are actually a mutation in coffee, are cultivated and sorted so that you get to enjoy the intense flavor which results when the coffee cherry produces a single (peaberry) bean, rather than the two halves most commonly seen. This bean is the reason we started this business 20 years ago. Excellent brewed by any method, we prefer the french press for this bean ourselves.
