Great LEDs, nice little kit
Good, bright LEDs. Included a reference card with the voltages for each of the colors, as well as diagrams for the LEDs and a resistor color code guide, which I found very helpful. Included a big bundle of resistors, too. Highly recommended.

great performance and value
These LEDs are bright, colorful, good value and add flair to electronics projects. Being diffused is a plus. I'd definitely buy again. I took off 1 star because of the resistors. It's great that resistors are included, but the wire leads on the resistors are so thin that they barely make a connection in my breadboard. If used in a soldered application, no problem, but I'm not so confidant on a solder-less breadboard. I'm using them in my project, but if I start seeing any sort of flakey behavior in my project, the 1st place I'd look to debug is whether these resistors are making a good connection.

Works as expected
They are cheap little LEDs, work as expected, but they require a slightly higher current than most LEDs to get full brightness. This is to be expected of cheaper LEDs however, and if you only need a couple in series with the proper voltage source they are fine.

Works as advertised
These are lights. that light up. Hard to screw this up. They seem to be good quality. I have yet to break one either by physical crushing or separating the leads, or by frying it with too many volts (and I have tried). There is a decent variety of colors and a good quantity for basic usage. If you are building an array of LEDs then buy something else: consider buying in bulk. But if you just need a few LEDs to throw in a circuit then this is for you.

but better quality control would have been nice
Some of the LEDs had some imperfections, one made it into my project before I noticed. Not a big deal, but better quality control would have been nice. The included resistors are all the same value, but the brightness varies between colors. I used red, green, and blue in my project, and when using the same value resistor, the green is much much brighter than the red and blue despite having the same forward voltage as red. This is not really Microtivity's fault, but be aware you may need to tweak resistor values if you want the same relative brightness.

Bright, reliable...
Though I've only used a few so far, they've all worked fine and have stood up to a couple of months of pretty rugged application.

Doin' the trick quite well

Beautiful and great deal on nice leds!
What a great pack of LEDS! They should have these at the local electronic shack if you know what I'm referring to but sadly no! This is a great deal compared to pretty much anywhere else!
