Hands down by far the best PCOS related supplements i have bought. Im in my early 20s, I get irregular periods (5 a year if lucky) and have been struggling with conceiving. My last period was end of July and since I have not had a period. I am constantly tracking ovulation but my body has not had a positive ovulation or has had many faint positives but never a peak ovulation. I have spent hundreds of money on different tablets and prenatal vitamins to help regulate my periods but all have failed. I had my eyes on these for a while but just like others I was also sceptical at first but after reading many reviews and doing my research on these I finally purchased this on Tuesday (the price went up by then from 19.99 to 21.99) It arrived very quickly and early morning on Thursday and thats when i took my first dose of tablets. It is now 4 days later and I have finally started my periods. I have made no other changes to my diet or lifestyle apart from these tablets and i am very happy with this purchase so far. I am not pregnant yet but this gives me hope and I will start tracking to see if i ovulate. Will update in 2 months if anything changes. *UPDATE1* My last period was on the 26 November 4 days after I started taking these. Its now 5th January and I haven’t got a second period and im not pregnant yet either. I may increase my dose from 1000mg to 2000mg and see if it does anything *Update 2* Finished a whole bottle and still noperiod- will not be using this again as it didn’t work for me however it did help with some of the symptoms. I noticed a decrease in excess facial hair

I have been taking 2 tablets a day since June 2020. I have PCOS. TTC since 2015. Was put on contraceptive pill for 13 years. Irregular cycle- 172 days longest cycle. Severe PMS symptoms, verging on depression with anxiety, moodiness and highly sensitive to stress hormones. Extreme cravings and not always feeling full. BMI 32 After the first few weeks my period came after 21 days. Since then my period has come every "month" between 20-30 days. I have also noticed a few other possitive changes since taking inositol. The biggest reason taking inositol was finding an alternative to antidepressants which my Gp offered to help with feeling low. I refused and sought something more natural. This has helped me so much. Before, I would feel anxious over the smallest of things, I find this helps me deal with it better, these smallest of things are not constantly on my mind anymore. Although I am PMSing right now and feeling somewhat low it really is nothing like how it was making me feel a few months ago. It was happening so often I felt like I was under a constant dark cloud. It has helped my cravings and general feeling of fullness most times. Right now I can devour a whole chocolate cake but like I said I am due on my cycle. I even felt my hair thicken on my head and my hairdresser mentioned it too (I don't have any hair thinning problems) However I haven't ovulated since being on these. Now I don't know whether it's because there is some confusion on the dosage and perhaps I'm not taking enough to actually ovulate? I have been taking 2 tablets and I read on another review you need to be taking 4 tablets? This needs to be clarified tbh. Delivery was a very quick. Packaging was perfect all sealed up. Starting inositol today so hopefully this goes well. I have PCOS and my periods are irregular but however I dont ovulate so hoping that this will boost egg quality. Will come back in a month to do an update. Wish me luck Update. Hey guys so it’s been a little over a month of being on these and I can say they seem to work great for pain and calming some symptoms. I don’t get nauseous or cramps at all anymore. My cycle is usually 77 days long but the odd month it can be regular but this cycle dropped to 59 days so I guess it’s working. Haven’t checked ovulation improvement as i feel it’s a little too early maybe after 3 months x Update: I’m on the third bottle and sadly I haven’t come back with food news. So my PCOS being it’s usual self; I’m on CD86 and my period is 53 days late 😭. I still have no pain which is a plus as I used to get pelvic pains/cramps a lot. I haven’t been resting for ovulation as I promised myself il wait until my 4th bottle to try checking as it gives my body a good 3 bottles to adjust. Due to Covid I wasn’t able to be home to get my parcels so I have missed like 4 days in between bottles as I was working. I’m hoping as I’m on the third bottle my period would come back again. This is a great supplement for PCOS. Helped me to have a period within a month of using this.

I bought this to help regulate my period. Within a few days I started what I thought was my period but 13 days had past and I was still on my ‘period’. It did help clear up my spots and stopped my boobs from hurting all the time. But I am constantly bleeding and it still hasn’t stopped.

Ottimo prodotto lo consiglio! L’ho acquistato senza alcuna aspettativa. Dopo pochi mesi dal suo utilizzo ho notato un miglioramento della pelle, ma sopratutto dopo 1 anno di ricerca di una gravidanza mi è bastato prendere questo integratore e pochi mesi dopo sono rimasta incinta. Non lo so se è stato un caso ma credo che abbia sicuramente aiutato.

Lo compré para ayudarme a regular mis ciclos por culpa de la endometriosis, con esto buscábamos que nos allanara el camino a la búsqueda de bebé, y bueno, tardamos en conseguirlo 3 meses.

Habe diese Kapseln schon mal bestellt. Danach zu einem anderen Anbieter gewechselt. Nun bin ich wieder zurück zu diesen. Die scheinen bei mir besser zu wirken. Die Wirkung ist schwer zu beschreiben, da es so individuell ist
