LITMOCEE Vitamin C 20% Vitamin E and Hyaluronic Acid Fairness Brightening Facial Serum - 30 ml

I had heard good reviews from a friend about this serum. I used it directly on skin and it was bit harsh, made my skin flaky and bit swollen. I discontinued for a week, and started using every other day after applying Rose water toner. Have yet to see any improvement in skin. It takes time, so hoping to see good results by the time I finish the bottle.

I had been using Litmocee 25% and 20% from many years. This is first time I received bottle with silver line. See the difference in picture enclosed. I want replacement with right genuine product or refund.
