Request was ignored.
Product worked one day and burned out. I used the second one in my tank so I couldn’t send ithen back to refund. I asked for them to replace one and they charged me again for 2. I tried to resolve so they get a 1.

Short life, poor quality
Got a 2 pack and both of them burned out after less than a month each. Very disappointed will not be buying again.

Lasted a few hours
Bought from Petco and bulb lasted a few hours and blew out. Bad purchase. The heat pads made by this brand are no good either. Never buying this brand again.
