She used it like it , But it was so little of it she ran out,. For this price there should be more of it.

I have been using this for about a year and am pleased with the results.

I do not often write reviews and I certainly do not write them without a realistic use of the product, so I used the entire bottle and waited to see if the results faded before I posted this.To my surprise and delight, this works very well for the price. It worked significantly better than I expected for the price. I am reordering now (very happy to find a 3 pack). I used the cream under/around my eyes every night (once a day) and the bottle lasted about 4 months. After about a month, I noticed an improvement in the fine lines under my eyes. My crows feet are not terrible (yet), but they did improve slightly, albeit not as much as the fine lines under my eyes. I also noticed a difference in puffiness and discoloration (read:bags) under my eyes.This was a good bargain for me - no guarantees it would be the same for everyone else. For the record, I am caucasian, early 40s, never been a smoker. I do not have hereditary undereye bags/discoloration.

I apologize for the harsh review, but I will explain. I ordered this product several weeks ago based upon the glowing reviews it had received. I did receive it in a timely manner, but didn't begin using it until last week when the cream I was using ran out. The cream inside the bottle may well be worth the 5 star comments for its effectiveness, but the pump on mine does not work at all. I have to (1) open the bottle, (2) remove the pump, (3) turn the bottle upside down and (4) shake it until a bit comes out that I can apply to my eyes. Definitely disappointing and I am sure I would never order this again...Having to go through so much fuss to get a bit out twice a day is just TOO MUCH. It just might be SO aggravating that its next shake will be into the waste basket.

I am one of those gals that has tried everything from Murad to Sally Beauty's brand of eye creams. Although Murad's is good, the quality for the price is just not good enough for me. I was browsing online and found this eye cream for about $20 less than Murad's and decided to try. Got it last night and am blown away by how smooth my undereyes look in less than 24 hours! I would highly recommend this eye cream and am waiting for their face cream to be released. Can't wait to try that, too! So, bottom line - try this cream if you have puffiness and some dark circles. I am 59 and have been through quite a bit of stress in the past 20 years but have tried to take care of my skin. This cream has helped considerably with smoothing. TRY IT!

I have major bags under my eyes and the dark circles that go along with them. I used this product for about a month and saw no change in either. I would not purchase again.

The media could not be loaded.  Initially, I was disappointed in the size when I received the cream. However, just a quarter of a pea-size is all that is needed to cover the lids of both eyes. The cream definitely goes a long way, and leaves your skin feeling cool and clean. There is also no oily residue left behind.Being African American, I didn't expect mycomplexion to even out as quickly as it did. By day five there was certainly a noticeable difference in the skin on my top and bottom lids. I am amazed and thoroughly impressed. Using the cream after a facial mask is thoroughly recommended as well. The soothing effect is really highlighted that way. This product is nothing short of five stars for me.

Sorry to say that I used this exactly as instructed, but so no significant results. I was hoping for the best, but it just didn't happen.
