Works wonders!
I got this specifically for my pool pump. - I have weak wrists but even the two times I did ask for help, they struggled to get the top off. - This was big enough to go around the top and easy to use. Great value for the money.I love that it has the ridges to grip on better. Very good quality; doesn’t seem likely it will ever stretch out or deteriorate and become brittle over time.

Works great
Worked like a charm for removing auto chlorinator cap, very large capacity strap

Did the Job
One-time tool for me, but worth it. Pay attention to handle length for your working area.Had to remove 4-each, steel spheres with threaded ends rusted into an auto frame. To tighten-up the strap you have to pull on it and then keep pressure on the handle to hold it in place. Then you can begin turning. In tight areas, this can be challenging. Since I was aligning mine on the "equator", it was even harder.I was unable to apply enough force by hand to break them free, some slipping some not. So, I cleaned the spheres, applied duct tape for better grip and tried again. That worked for 3 of 4. The stubborn one needed a leg pushing (helper required) and it broke free. The wrench held up to that force, although it bit into the strap leaving a surface tear, I doubt will hurt it.If there's a wrench that stays tight before turning, that could make things easier.

good size and quality strap wrench
I use it for outboard motor flywheels when tightening

not sturdy enough
The design is decent and it's easy to use, but it's not sturdy enough — the belt broke after just three uses. It's recommended to go for a metal chain version instead.

Can you say "OVER ENGINEERED"?
I got this to unscrew the bottom covers on my warm mist humidifiers water tanks. Age has set in and it's difficult for me. When this arrived I had to laugh. Not only did it work well, it will be a perfect weapon to fend off a burglar. Sucker weighs a good amount. Super happy with it. It will last 3 lifetimes...if not more.

Weak wrench strap - ripped 1st time
This wrench is designed to press against its self, providing the tight strap. Problem is the strap is too soft and the wrench handle end where it meets the strap, well it cuts right into the strap. I think this will work on something not too tight, as real force would not be required. However, I was trying to loosen a whole house water filter housing to change the filter. It was really tight and this wrench simply did not work and the handle under real pressure slips off the strap and slices into it on the way off. To be fair the housing is not a perfect cylinder, but even so any change in angle or indirect pressure will send the handle popping off its intended cinch point on the strap. In case i lost you, in 2 words: Not effective.
