Shiitake Mushroom 500g |Dired|High Fibre|High Portein|Umami| Vegan

These are a standby for when I run out of fresh mushrooms. I use them nearly everyday. They make any meal taste heavenly and this range come with huge dried mushrooms. I love the way they impart a lovely, earthy satisfying chew to dishes that I cook. Their texture is chewy and reminds me of ‘home. The size is excellent value for money

I wanted to include more vit D in my diet. These mushrooms are great quality, really good value and taste amazing. You get SO many so make sure you have a very big container to store them in. I use them in soups, salads, stir fries, curries, pasta dishes and anything else. Apparently you should have only 5-8 per day but that’s a very nice portion size, when rehydrated they are big and juicy.

These are definitely some of the nicest shiitake mushrooms I’ve ever bought. Used some in a stir fry last night and it was gorgeous. I was pretty surprised when they turned up though, the bag is huge! I didn’t realise how big 1kg is for dried mushrooms - be prepared. But I’ll have mushrooms for months or years now :)

The taste is great.

Enormous bag with god knows how many portions. When rehydrating the mushrooms, you can see they are very clean (they often have dirt/sediment that will only becomes noticeable when soaked in water) meaning you can add them directly to your soup. Good taste and consistency, and a steal at 25 quid. Lovely with stir fried thin-sliced beef.

It taste awful and stays partially dry, I ended up throwing it away

not sure if they are legitimate shiitake mushroom, taste a bit different, but it is a very big pack and bargain.

Have bought these a few times. Nice big bag which lasts a long time. The mushrooms are very tasty and good quality.

Wer viel asiatisch kocht, kommt um Shiitake-Pilze nicht umhin, ob sie direkt in das Essen wandern oder für eine Brühe benötigt werden. Mir gefallen die Qualität und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Da ich viel koreanisch koche, brauche ich Shiitake-Pilze sehr häufig. Mit der Großpackung habe ich immer einen ausreichenden Vorrat.

Je ne m'étais pas rendu compte que cela ferait une tel quantité, mais les produits sec se garde longtemps. Ils sont très bons, je recommanderais lorsque j'aurais tout utilisé.

Gesundheitliche Vorteile: Shiitake-Pilze sind nicht nur lecker, sondern auch gesund. Sie sind reich an Vitaminen, Mineralstoffen und Antioxidantien, die sich positiv auf die Gesundheit auswirken können. Einfache Zubereitung: Die Zubereitung ist denkbar einfach. Ich lasse sie einfach in heißem Wasser einweichen, bis sie weich sind, und dann kann ich sie in meine Gerichte einarbeiten. Alles in allem bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit diesen getrockneten Shiitake-Pilzen. Sie sind eine Bereicherung für meine Küche und bringen eine Menge Geschmack und Nährstoffe in meine Mahlzeiten. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen!
