Milwaukee 2504-21 M12 FUEL CP Brushless Lithium-Ion 1/2 in. Cordless Hammer Drill Driver Kit (2 Ah)

With a decent bit, this hammer drill works very well on concrete block (filled). The only time I ran into an issue was wen using a worn out bit. I had to push harder and the drill had to work harder. The drill had more than sufficient torque and never slowed down. Fortunately, the drill is smarter than I am and shut down when it got too hot. After about 30 seconds it was ready to go again. When I finished drilling six 3/8' holes to a depth of 1.5 inches, I decided to top off the battery as I had another project. The top off took about ten minutes! That really surprised me!

The seller met all my expectations so far. Milwaukee is a good and well known brand. I'm happy to have bought my own milwaukee drill and still stayed within my budget. I have all I need; a drill, battery and a charger for it. Everything fits nicely in it's case with room more more tools inside. The case has a handle for easy carry too. I was also happy to see discreet packaging since I've had packages stolen in the past. It's all around a good buy and it might be a little more money than say Home Depot or Lowe's but it's from a trusted seller that amazon actually recommends. Once heck of a compact drill. I use this in almost all projects to install cabinets etc.. Anywhere where you need a space saving drill this is it..

I received this product in a box with a piece of paper that said, "do not return this item; it is new and has been tested" well, I have an identical drill to this one, and the one I got in the mail did not perform like a new drill. When you pull the trigger, the rmps are lower than the one I owned, and when you let go of the trigger, there is a noticeable sudden bang when it stops. The one I own does not do this; it has a smooth stop. I was looking to give this as a gift but decided to return the item. Love the drill, dont really love the "bare item" lingo. I do not know what is meant by "Bare item," but I don't think it means brand new. If you had to test the item for 30 days, you did not get it directly from the manufacturer.

Exactly what you expect, compact and yet powerful. Drills trough cement blocks like nothing. Battery’s good if for light/home use, although a 6.0 battery would be optimal.

I have always bought “Milwaukee “ power tools and recently bought this battery operated M-12. I’m impressed with the power to size and weight ratio. Much lighter when in use and doesn’t cause carpal tunnel. I’m an electrician for 50 years and used many kinds , this is my choice.

Es práctico para no cargar mucho peso tiene buena potencia el problema es el alto consumo de batería, te obliga a tener varias pilas para usarlo medio dia por lo menos en trabajo basico como atornillar además el broquero se afloja fácilmente

The drill is excellent along with the battery. But the charger is NOT for Australia. It has a 110volt input charger when Australia uses 240volts. However it can be modified to work on 240volts (by those with the electrical and technical skill). Although doing this will void your warranty. I did the modification on mine and it now works on 240volts. Also, the bag shown here is not what is in the product. You get a smaller Milwaukee drill bag and not the "contractors bag" as advertised, but it's still ok so i didn't mind it.
