This ball is perfect for strength training. I use it for Russian twists, and inclined crunches. It isn't as solid as some of the balls I have used in the past but it is easy to grip and it gets the job done. The rest of the family like to use it for catch. It's a bit heavy for that. Excellent for the price.

I’ve been using this 10 lbs fitness ball for a variety of workouts—core, strength, and explosive moves—and it’s been great. The weight is perfect: challenging enough to feel the burn but not so heavy that it messes with my form. The surface grip is solid, so it doesn’t slip out of my hands during fast movements. It’s also really durable—I’ve dropped it plenty of times and it holds up without any damage.

Out of the box I knew something was different about this ball and only it wasn’t the fact that it cost me 1/2 the price of the other heavier slam balls I’ve owned. The fact that I can handle and mishandle it and it doesn’t hurt my 46 year old blue collar bartender/contractor beaten up hand yet the shell is immediately tangibly super durable and is going to be around a long long time. Perfect mix of ultra durability and comfort, which in my experience do not usually coexist with things covered by 2 year warranty and literally meant to to be manhandled and dropped repeatedly. Great product at a fantastic price. I would highly recommend their slam balls to anyone in the market and they certainly got my attention with this product-BalanceFrom will definitely get my first look when I shop exercise equipment like this in the future. My only complaint is that the ball won’t work out for me. Seriously though I weighed it 30.00 on the nose-buy their stuff or you’ll end up throwing your cash away for inferior quality products.

I've only had this for a few days but it's a good slamball overall. For reference I'm not a heavy gym goer but do workout around 4 to 5 times a week doing cardio and functional fitness exercises, I'm average to slightly above average build, and I find this ball good for certain exercises (like skull crushers) and maybe a bit too heavy (in 20lbs) for exercises where you're moving/jumping around a bit more, for those I switch to a 12, or even 8 lb. If you order this make sure a slamball is what you're looking for, there are many options when it comes to medicine balls. This one is easy to grip and unlike some it doesn't feel unbalanced. Many of the companies seem to have one size of ball with different amounts of sand for weight so if you order a certain weight, it may be balanced while unbalanced at a lower weight, and that can be annoying since you'll be moving around quite a bit with it. I can say that the with this 20lb ball you can't feel the sand shifting around while using it. It's a good overall size as well making it easy to grip for two handed exercises but not so much one handed.
