Perfect for icing
Bought this to create a champagne buttercream and it did not disappoint! Has a fruity nose, just like champagne and gives a beautiful light taste to icing. Others commented that it was too fruity, like bubblegum so I only added 1/2 teaspoon to my batch of icing and then gave a taste. It was perfect and not overpowering. Will buy again and recommend.

Bought this to make champagne buttercream and all I can say is WOW! This product has excellent flavor and got a lot of compliments on the frosting as well as the cupcakes (I had added some to my cake batter as well). Will buy again and definitely recommend this product. Arrived quickly and well packaged

VERY Strong Flavor
This product clearly gives champagne flavor. I have used it in three cakes and frostings recently. The bottle states to use 1 teaspoon of the flavoring .... I think that is excessive, based on the end result of my products. The second and third cakes and frostings, I decreased the amount successively and finally used about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring with a much better result. I would like to see more recipes developed for this product to aid the home baker. I will continue using it ...very judiciously!

Great for champagne cake
Great taste! Added about 1 1/2 teaspoon to my cake batter. Just the right amount of taste. It doesn’t smell like it taste so don’t be afraid to try it.

Champagne cupcakes turned out great using this flavouring plus didn’t have the work or expense of reducing a bottle of champagne.

Better than Bubbly
I used this extract to make celebratory cupcakes for friends who retired recently. I used it in the cake and frosting recipes and everyone thought they were fabulous. While watching Cupcake Wars on the Food Network, the judging panel had suggested the baker use the extract rather than the real stuff, so that's what I did. I couldn't find this in my local market so Amazon was the way to go.

A little goes a long way.
It's a big bottle for something you should only use a little of at a time. It's OK flavoring but be careful not to use too much and then your end product is overpowering.
