Good screws, too long
If you have grips that need to be removed regulary (eg. replacing batteries in laser grips), these Torx screws are much better than slot heads. These particular screws are about .015" too long - doesn't sound like much, but it's enough to protrude into the magazine well and drag on the magazine. I had to find suitable washers to make them work.

You must have the factory metal washers for these screws to work properly
It should be noted that in order for these screws to fit the Beretta 92FS M9A1 properly you will need the factory metal rigid washers that come with the pistol. Using just the provided rubber washers cause the screws to protrude thru the inside frame and blocks the magazine from sliding into place. Using no washers your grips are not secured and have way too much loose movement to be considered safe for firing. If you use both the included rubber washers and the metal rigid washers the screw sits very high off the grip itself and feels uncomfortable. So no matter what, the provided rubber washers are usless. Just things to consider.
