Nature Made Calcium 600 mg with Vitamin D3, Dietary Supplement for Bone Support, 220 Tablets (pack of 1)

Nature Made Vitamins are my go to vitamins. I have a hard time finding them locally so I thought I would try Amazon. The price is a good value and the ease of ordering and shipping is great.

I take 2 of these tablets per day and have taken these for several months now. I get a blood panel check at least 3 times per year. Each of my blood tests show that my calcium and vitamin D levels are within acceptable range, so they do the job. The price is good, so I will keep taking these.

The Nature Made Calcium 600 mg with Vitamin D3 is a decent value for the price compared to other major brands. The supplements have a coating that makes it easy to swallow, and does not upset my stomach or have any other side effects. That's about all I can say, as who can really tell if a supplement actually contains what it says, or is doing anything?

The pill is a little big, but the absorption is nice.
