I order this a while ago definitely help to calms ur nerve .. I’m thinking of purchasing another bottle .

These are absolutely amazing! Anytime I feel stressed. I take one and it brings my levels down dramatically. This is my third bottle I have purchased. They do have an issue with absorbing moisture so I am working on trying to figure that part out. I do not recommend keeping them in humid room.

I have bad and frequent symptoms. Embarrassing ones. I needed help ASAP. These are working for me but there are trade-offs. First understand that you are taking large amounts of B6 and B12.It helped, it truly did but I had some upset stomach or constipation issues. Let's just say I've got prune juice on my shopping list.I've cut back to one lozenge a day and thinking about cutting it in half. Your body might be different. I was having 4 to 5 attacks a day and now it is down to 1 or 2 a day. There are other things I'm doing, but these helped a lot.

I've bought these several times as they are mild and taste good.

The product works well and gives a general sense of calm, but after 3 months on my shelf, in spite of the moisture absorbing pack inside, the lozenges had melted into a mushy wad in the bottle. So, I guess, don't buy if you live somewhere humid unless you have a strong dehumidifier?

When I opened them they looked heavily spotted and smelled funky… the protective seal wasnt broken or anything but when I looked at the pictures from the other reviews mine looked similar. It sucks that there are no returns or replacements since I didn’t even get to use mine.

I first bought this for myself but in a significantly higher dose. It worked SO WELL for me that after I researched kids taking them and saw its efficacy and positive results I bought Kat GABA in a much lower dose for my 8 year old who has been struggling to get to sleep at night. I give her one 25 mg tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. She has ADHD and especially at night when she lays down to to goto sleep her brain pops into overdrive taking sleep far away. This led to very difficult to wake up mornings and cranky days. The doctor had written a Rx for clonidine but I didn't want to give it to her plus when we tried it she woke up with extreme anxiety in the middle of the night.These have been a miracle for us. She gets to sleep easily (I give it to her 30 minutes before bed), she has a GREAT QUALITY of sleep and wakes RESTED and in GOOD SPIRTS.I wish I had discovered this years ago. This has been life changing for both of us.*Her only complaint is she doesn't like the flavor so instead of letting it melt in her mouth she swallows it.
