Will this fit 2 epipens and a small inhaler?

Hi, I doubt it. It's a snug fitting case for the two epipens. I like the case as the cardboard cases/holders that come with the epipens always fall apart, and I have had the epipens come out of the plastic holder containers before in my bag. This case holds the epipens firmly in place, both in the same place. It also simplifies letting others know where the epipens are in case of emergencies as well, as they know exactly what to look for in my handbag, and know that both epipens are in the case. So peace of mind for me. I have had the case for a few years now and it still looks as good as new.
