Bottle malfunctioning during shipping

I love the product and have used it for years. However the current bottle style is not adequate for shipping. This is the second time I’ve ordered this and it arrived with the lid halfway off and the box completely soaked and package dripping from the liquid leaking out. Please update your shipping methods. I’d like to receive an intact product when it arrives.
