The heel on this new shoe style cut my heels. It didn't fit my foot shape evidently
I have committed to, and invested in 11 pair of Soft Science shoes. I wear them daily. Various casual styles. I was excited when this shoe came out. Dressy enough to wear to business functions or church. The company changed something in the HEEL CUP design. This shoe is way too tall on my heel. It is stiff, and literally cut the backmof both my heels within 15 minutes. I returned them for a refund. And I still wear all my other styles of this brand.
