I purchase these via Amazon frankly because it's cheaper than I can buy locally, significantly so. I purchase them delivered to my door. I store them in the freezer and pull them out as I need them. You get six. Super fine flour. Since I don't use much flour, I use it for about anything I need a little flour for. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. The only way to make gravy. Has gotten hard to find in grocery store so I bought this 6 pack here.

MY FAVORITE GRAVY AND THICKENING FLOUR
Nothing like Wondra (a semi coarse flour) to make smooth gravies, thicken stews, and making dumplings! I use it all the time. Great for flouring cake and bread pans. No lumps. Only reason for a 4 star review is that my latest 6 pack arrived with one broken seal (at the base) and some flour spilled. Not returning it because I really love it!

The brand White Wings in Australia stopped making 'Gravy Flour' and this product is an excellent alternative allowing me to easily thicken gravies, soups, stews etc.
