Super impressed with this tele..easy to set up for a technophobe like me! Great value, fab app range inc Disney plus (a hit with the kids as previously unable to access on tv unless we used a fire stick) and the usual Netflix, YouTube, amazon prime, terrestrial catch-up apps etc daughter also ecstatic that tic toc is on there! Seen some reviews re poor internet connectivity which I had slight concerns about prior to it arriving but a couple weeks in and we’ve had no problems with that, ours is connected via WiFi and loads quickly (our WiFi is next to the tv though and we have fibre optic not sure if that makes a difference) Also saw some reviews re sound I find it fine and have no complaints, could have it louder than needed if we wanted and don’t think the quality sounds poor. Has a sleep timer feature for up to 180mins to switch off which is handy, 3 hdmi ports so plenty room to plug in our virgin tv and switch plus a spare. Kudos to amazon for quick delivery and having a split payment option so no big outgoing when our previously faithful 13yr old set went on the blink! honestly can’t grumble about anything

Got this on 2nd October love it very classy look, but !! It was slow to connect to the remote control, so I phoned the company direct and they sent me a new remote, now its perfect.

Ordered first one last week. It arrived Saturday and seemed to be a nice looking TV, not the most polished finish but for what was listed as British made, not bad at all. However, that's where the positivity ends. Put the feet on simple enough, put it in its new home and plugged it in there was the litte red light, switched it on the light turned blue then.... Nothing no image no [on screen graphics] seemed to beep when the remote buttons were pushed.Phoned Amazon Customer services (well got them to call me) as usual they were lovely, immediately issued a replacement and arranged for collection of the defective one.New TV arrived this morning put on the feet, put it in place, plugged it in... Wooo hooo a settings menu. Instructions said to choose your preferred language so I tried (English obviously) menu switches to Korean and the remote stops responding. Did a factory reset and tried again, same result so now there are 2 50 inch TV's in my entrance hall waiting to be collected and I went out to CostCo and got a 55 inch uhd TV for £44 more.

Very easy to set up just connecting to wifi and plugging it extras like sky or fire stick. The sound quality isn’t as good as my previous tv but it will do and it’s a good value smart TVs for the price. I would definitely recommend

This TV is incredible. The price is almost unbelievable for the quality of picture and size of screen. Works perfectly with my soundbar and with all smart apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime etc.Youtube itself sometimes has a bug that interferes with latency between the app and the soundbar, causing jumpy audio and visual glitches, but this isnt the TVs fault, and if you exit the app/open another/turn off the TV once or twice, it gets rid of the problem.Absolutely love this TV and will only purchase Cello from now on.

Purchased as a bedroom TV, Value for money, easy set up straight out of box, all done in 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality for the money, and the sound options available aren't bad to boot, highly recommend if you are on a tight budget.

It was bought for my living room as main TV, and looks OK, just for main channels and freeview, but it is so frustrating to use as changing channels takes forever and the remote control is the worst I've ever known- so slow, and needs to be reminded every 5 seconds. I keep changing batteries in the hope of some alertness, but no chance.The instructions are practically useless to someone, like me, who is not very familiar with setting up TVS, and after 2 weeks I still can't work out how to use various bits of it.I would not recommend it.

I actually rang them, about my.previous TV, and asked them about the blackouts in review. Was told it was a software glitch which was sorted. So when I saw price of this no brainer. Picture and sound quality amazing, , really is top notch, and to.top it all made in UK. By the way, customer services sent a USB which fixed my old telly
