The pedagogy of the book and the cahier accompanying book is very good. This is the book used at alliance française for teaching the course. Other than this book you just need a good dictionary and a grammar practice book and you are set.

The dvd n cd doesnt work n no way to learn without it, when communicated with seller just said try on a diffrent computer...I did try on 4 computers before texting them..Refused to replace the dvd that doesnt work which is an essantial for the book.So overall its a waste

The paper quality is good except that literature is useless Content in the book not only doesnt encourage discussion but it is filled with useless facts and figures which doest improve your grammar or language skills at all As far as speaking and reading is concerned ,book is subpar If you really want to augment your french skills i will recommend ECHO book and ALTEREGO book for respective levels
