I'm using these for homemade yogurt. Three beans scraped into 2 quarts of milk imparts a very nice aroma and flavor to the finished product. Yogurt is powered by microbes so I try to avoid anything that would kill our little Lactobacillus friends, like alcohol-heavy extracts. I'll be ordering again.

I make my own vanilla extract and the quality of this vanilla is perfect for that! The packaging is airtight and when you open it, the smell of the vanilla is amazing!

Quality was a little dry. I've since ordered nice, moist, plump v beans from another source (not on Amazon) and find the quality consistently better. However, these worked for their intended purpose.

I got these to make vanilla extract. I have extra so I put a pod in my coffee… didn’t cut it or anything just tossed it in before work. OMG my coffee tasted amazing!!! These are by far the best beans I have had.

I bought these vanilla beans at a fantastic price. I will always buy the grade A beans now. They are plump and juicy and solo much better than the grade B . They smell fantastic even though the packaging. I will definitely buy the again.

The flavor and quality of the vanilla beans, very good, the length and size of the beans were just right for my jars. I am making my own vanilla extract.
