excellent use of spices
The author makes exceptionally good usage of spices since the food plan consists mostly of beef and chicken for protein. She even makes vegetables interesting.

Perfect way to reinvigorate a simple and healthy diet!
I purchased this book while following a whole food bright line protocol. It is packed full of delicious combinations I wouldn’t have thought of on my own! Other recipe books get so complicated and overwhelming. The fact that we already have easy access to all of the ingredients is exactly what caught my eye with this one. They are easy and budget friendly to keep on hand and put together in different ways. It breathes life into what seems like a strict way of healthy eating. This makes it fun to get back in the kitchen with healthy, easy, beautiful dishes to create! The recipes and ingredients are simple. I NEED simple. I purchased one for my best friend and another for my mom! They love theirs, too! Well done!

I love this cookbook!
This is a well thought out cookbook with a good variety of recipes. Nothing so fancy that I would never make it, like many other cookbooks. I appreciate the simplicity and I have made more recipes out of this than I have the Official Bright Line Eating Cookbook. I have been eating this way for almost 2 years now and I needed some new ideas. I really like the suggestions for how to swap ingredients or what goes well with the recipes. I also LOVE the spice mixes. I originally bought the PDF from her website but soon realized that I needed it in paper form for ease of use. So, I actually bought this twice!

There is nothing in this cookbook that disappoints!
I have tried a weeks worth of breakfasts and dinners from Brilliant Brain and none of them disappointed! My favorite so far would have to be the Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats. Soooo delicious and super easy to make. I also love that the spice recipes are in the back of the cookbook. They are quick and easy to mix and taste much better than any store brand I have bought in the past. This cook book makes the Bright Line Eating way of living simple, fun and YUMMY!!!

Beautiful Book
I am a personal friend of the author, so I was excited to order this book. I was very impressed by everything in the book, including her personal story, the layout, the graphics, and the content of the recipes. Everything is very easy to follow. I am excited to try out the recipes and techniques in this book. It is most inspiring!

Necessity for BLE!!!
This is the best cookbook EVER and the first one I’ve owned that I foresee trying every recipe! The photos are beautiful, instructions are easy to follow using everyday ingredients and the recipes have so much variety!! I’ve only had the book a couple of days so I can only recommend one recipe so far...the Banana Nut Bread..so delicious!!Anyone following the BLE lifestyle NEEDS this book!!!

Easy to follow and quick to make.
I love this cookbook so far! If you do BLE or are just sugar free/flour free, this is a great, simple recipe cookbook. I am loving all of the homemade spice blends in the back. I have also done the cappuccino overnight oats, a few veggie recipes, and used the spice blends (Jamaican Jerk and the Ranch) for meats. Delicious! And all are super easy to make.

Wonderful BLE compliant cookbook
Candice delivers a great simple cookbook designed for busy people who have eliminated sugar and flour. I already tested out one of the recipes and it was fabulous! I’m very pleased and plan to use this wonderful cookbook for years to come. Really like the way it is laid out and compliant with Bright Line Eating. Well done Candice!

No credit to Bright Line Eating?
Candace,Thank you for creating this cookbook. As someone who follows the bright line eating program, I was very excited to receive some additional recipes and inspiration to add to the menus that I have already assembled. At first glance there isn’t the originality that I was hoping for in your cookbook as I am already using a lot of these recipes but I will try them all. I was happy to see the make-your-own spice section and am looking forward to adding them to my pantry and putting them to use. My final comment (and what motivated me to post this review) is that I was surprised and disappointed that you did not acknowledge Bright Line Eating or Susan Peirce Thompson as this is obviously what your eating plan is based on. She spent years and a tremendous amount of research and brain power to put this all together for us and I think she deserves to be acknowledged.
