I have read this book several times. The benefits resulting in peace and Trust are too valuable to stop! I am forevable grateful.

Once again Mabel captures and enraptures our senses through "ZERO FREQUENCY -THE EASIEST WAY TO PEACE, HAPPINESS AND ABUNDANCE". Her enlightening guidance is so very welcome in these troublesome days, even though this book is for all the days!I have been following Mabel since 2008, when Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len recommended that I look her up.Since then I have participated in her seminars and workshops, as well as her online videos.Mabel has been a godsend; she has helped me through the toughest and roughest of times via her loving support and wise, inspirational teachings.This book is a precious addition to my library, and I am sure it will enhance that of other searchers!

I picked this book up and read the whole book in about two days. Easy to read and nice flow. Mabel mentions other great authors that I have read and "followed" myself. I felt a more clear understanding how to pursue my own dreams quickly by SIMPLY getting to Zero Frequency. All the reading, self help books and meditation I have done these last 30 years does not compare to the relief I felt reading Mabel Katz new book: "Zero Frequency." This book has opened my awareness to understand the easiest way to pure happiness.
