Amazon Brand - Solimo Zinc 30mg, Unflavored, 300 Tablets, Ten Month Supply

My Doc recommended I take a Zinc supplement. Research has shown that 35mg per day is the best dosage. This Amazon brand is 30mg, close enough for me. Cost per tablet is lower than most.

Pretty straight forward. I take these to help my immune system out and keep from getting sick. These are stronger than the ones I was finding in the grocery store, so I’m happy with them!

Helps immune systems

Took a while to stumble upon a product with this dose level. For me this works. No issues with quality.

I take one pill everyday. I really couldn't tell you if they work or not as there is no metric to measure their effectiveness.

I was talking a small daily vitamin c supplement that had zinc. I was feeling very good and read that zinc can be good for helping with that. After lots of research I found this product. It has the right amount of zinc and at a good price. I am very happy to have found this.

Way too big for a 30 MG tablet!! There are other, cheaper options by better known companies that offer 30 MG zinc at the size of a baby aspirin....these are large and dry..harder to swallow..once they're gone i'm going to the nature made brand.
