Well done, package sound, carefully wrapped to keep moisture in plants. Nice healthy plants and couldn’t have picked better out of a nursery.

I appreciated the packaging and care this plant was given. Says a great deal about this companies customer care. The soil was still moist.Also,It had buds on it though none were open yet. However, I loved the seeing the foliage without flowers covering up the foliage, because I see the shade of green the leaves will display come winter. They are a rich green. And the leaves are not delicate, just right. This plant already has a mice shapeFurthermore,I am letting the plant rest from its journey on my patio, in the correct sunlight, until next week, when it will be planted.It is adapting to the triple digit weather here, the buds are growing, and some new leaf growth is showing. I water it two to three times a day currently.I gave the plant a four star until I see how well it grows. But I feel good about it and actually, the two Encore plants I purchased, looked so much healthier than at my local nurseries! So, as my garden grows, I will purchase more from this company.

I was a little hesitant about ordering a plant I could not see, but these looked better than any of the Encore azaleas that are in the local greenhouses! And they continue to do very well. They are more 'compact' than the first azaleas Encore put out several years ago, which is good. (At my old house there used to be traffic jams of people coming by to see my Encore azaleas in the spring and then in the fall.) I expect the same will happen here. A lot of people have stopped to ask me what these are.

My 1st plant never arrived so I checked with my neighbors and they hadn't seen it either. I contacted Better Blooms and they immediately sent me another azalea bush - no hassle, no hesitation, no jumping through hoops on my part. Wow - wonderful, polite service and soo nice about it. I've ordered from them before and their plants are always well packaged and in great condition. I sure do recommend this nursery!

I have ordered several products from Brighter Blooms. All plants have been healthy, in good condition and have arrived quicker than expected. Will order other products from the same company.

Bought this azalea to replace one I bought 2 years ago (didn't make it). The other one I bought at the same time had beautiful blooms this year. Hopefully, this one will survive and be a "match" for the other one in the garden.

Arrived in excellent condition and is thriving since planting. Was hesitant to order plants online and have them shipped… would order from this seller again!
