I completed my lift and others on chest day and barely had to reapply. A tiny bit goes a long way. I was a little concerned thinking I'd have to wash it off as soon as it dried but I didn't even notice it was on my hand. I hate the feeling of dry hands but not with this. Quite surprised. Pretty cheap in comparison to other chalks is very quick to put on and dries pretty quick and gives pretty decent grip in general

I use it in the gym for deadlifts and pull ups. It helps grip and drys quickly.Good for heavy dumbell lifts like chest press too. Light weight and slips easily into my gym bag, it's really made a difference to my grip strength, especially on hot days in summer.

I love gaming and sometimes find that long sessions holding a controller can leave my hands and fingers a little sweaty.Gave this a go and been really pleased with it. Only need to us a really small pea sized drop and will keep hands drier for hours. My first bottle lasted me around 18 months before I needed to replace.
