Good, but there are better buys.
A little acidic. The other ones from Skippy are far better. The large 5 lb is not available in grocery stores and it is better protein. For body builder go to the Birthday Cake peanut butter available on Amazon. Top, very tasty protein with no acidic effect!

Pretty solid and not heavy
Honestly, most protein products feel heavy but this peanut butter is pretty good. Has great taste and not too sweet or has that grain heavy feeling with protein products. Def worth it.
