Wonderful product! I owe my light and easy CODIV. I mega dosed on it when I had COVID so it really was effective. I am someone who gets very severe colds and flu but this product made a huge difference. I also love the vegan capsules, I can open them and take tiny amounts to add to my pet rats' food to boost their immunity too.

I have not experienced low Vitamin D levels since taking them. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste.

I love this product, but the last couple of times I have ordered, they switched me from 1000 IU to 5000 IU depending on whether I ordered 60 or 90. I take two capsules a day and didn't catch the mistake I made. I have been taking 10,000 IU instead of 2000 IU. My D levels should be sky high.

I had been looking for a vitamin D that works for me, because all the brands that I have tried give me pain in my joints especially arms, shoulders and thighs. This one didn’t caused me any pain. I think is an ingredient in the other ones that was causing me pain problems. This one seems more natural and haven’t had any problem up to now.

I have been taking this product for over a year now. I like the fact that it is both raw & organic and I know Vit. D3 especially in higher doses is very important for a strong immune system. Overall, I have taken Vit D3 for many years and later switched to this brand and 5,000 IUs. Since I also get some additional in my Dr. Wallach's Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Supplement, I believe it is quite a protectant. Other than one bad cold I got from being up all night in an emergency waiting room full of sick people, including my mom, I had not been ill previously in years. I don't remember the last time I had the flu. Cold symptoms only a couple of times & normally I kick them with additional Vit. C, Zinc, Garlic & gargle w/ACV & water..

I take the D3 to help with my depression.I hadn’t been, a friend suggested starting it up again. I had taken this product in the past. I am grateful it is a capsule of powder rather than an oil. I find it very effective. It has helped.We all need a little help now & then.

One of the highly knowledgeable moderators in the Dr. Greger Facebook Group suggested them to me. I’ve always known Natural Factors to be a trusted brand, plus they’re vegan, and an essential daily vitamin.
