This tea dies what it should do. If u want to drop a few piunda for an uncoming event, rhis is the perfect tea for weight loss and bloating. It has a good taste with or without honey. It will clean you out and work as a great detox.

China Slim Tea Dieter's Delight 72 Tea Bags. Best tea to help me poop and stay regular. Really works! Highly recommended. I just put one tea bag in a quart glass canning jar. Fill with water near the top. Leave some room so you can dilute it later and not spill it.I just set the jar next to a window. The sun will make it time I get home from work.It will be strong when I get home from work.I then just pour 1/2 of it into another canning jar to dilute it more till it's just medium yellow.Might take some time to see how it will affect you. Does not taste bad. I don't drink the whole jar. Maybe just 1/4th of it. Starting out I made it full strength. That gave me the runs! LOL!I had to dilute it to a lighter yellow color for me.Been taking this for over 20 years. Really works!

Haven't lost any weight yet but good for bloating.

Seems to work by emptying your bowels. Care about making it too strong.

Love the fact that it's tasteless.

I bought box of tea that had 2 "sealed"bags in it. The one bag was cut straight across open, they just rolled top down shoved in the box. They tossed a random tea bag on top. I can only assume it fell out of the open bag and they tossed in before sending. Unsafe to drink, as wasnt sealed

I made several attempts to drink this tea. I couldn't do it consistently because my stomach cramped pretty bad each time. I won't really say anything horrible about it because I only tried twice. It may work... just not for me.
