I don't do reviews usually but this company has treated us well. We ordered this shower system for our high end bathroom remodel. I originally bought a Grohe system but my contractor recommended something like this. He thought it was simpler to install, plus it looks and feels just as high end. I love the shower head the water pressure is perfect. You can run the system simultaneously which is nice. The jets gives you a nice massage and you can point them in the direction you prefer. I'm short so I have to adjust them from my husband's settings. Only danger is you may never want to get out of the shower! We recently had a slight issue with the lights after a year of using the system, I contacted their customer service, they were nice enough to help us out even though the warranty had already expired. I highly recommend this system and the company that stands behind it.

Nice kit. If you’re installing into a tile shower, you will have to buy extensions for the valves and misters at the local hardware store. Been a couple weeks and the lights work great.

The media could not be loaded.  Love the product. I mainly use the rainfall mode but my son loves the jet mode and have tried atleast 2 modes at a time and works well. There are definitely a few areas of improvement. The hand shower doesn't stick to the holder easily and needs to be placed carefully. Could have been awesome if it was magnetic. Mine fell a few times already and has starched. The other pt is my plumber did not install in on a frame and this had to be re done. I wish there were some instructions guiding us how to place the parts esp on a plane inorder to install the titles in front. The other slightly irritating part is that the hot and cold indicators dont perfectly align. For cold we need to turn it well past the cold sign on the knob. ( not sure if this the fault of the product or the plumber). I love the lighting effect in the rainfall mode. Overall a great product which has transformed my bathroom and makes me overlook some of these shortcomings. Could give it a solid 4.5 stars but will have to round it up to 5.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATE 10-29-2020 PERFECT AMAZING 12 STAR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! ! I GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS WHEN PEOPLE VISIT! It took us a few tries to get it right and I think Its because I live in Southern California my pipes don’t get super cold during summer so it was hard for the temperature of the showerhead to read my Cold water temperature. Nonetheless customer service was absolutely AMAZING! Best ive ever dealt with. They responded so quickly sent out a new showerhead for me and then another one until I was completely satisfied. I absolutely love the shower system! do not hesitate to order it it’s amazing and can’t believe it was so much less than the competition. I wouldn’t worry at all, if there is anything you are unhappy with just call or message the seller and they will take care of it right away. I wish all of the sellers were as great with customer service. Wow! Thank you Homedec 🙏10-20-2020 UPDATE! I just updated from 3 to 4 stars because I just got my replacement and the lights work PERFECT!! Everything is working so good. Only 4 stars because its making a screeching sound fron the shower head - I saw another review where theyvhad the same problem and customer care resolved so if I can get that fixed this thing gets -0 stars in my book! Its amazing!10-15-2020 Lights dont work properly - customer service has been great in trying to deal with the issue. The first one i received just blinked red dots and flashed a green “x” every 2 seconds - it was clearly an error message of some sort. It never went blue to recognize cold water. The seller immediately sent me a replacement and the 2nd one went blue on day 1, and day 2 only shows red for hot water, and green for medium and cold water. Seller is sending another replacement - hoping 3rd time is a charm, everything else about this system is amazing! All functions and controllers work and the water pressure is AMAZING! The main reason I ordered was for the light changing capabilities - will update once I receive the 3rd one - fingers crossed. The seller and amazon have been amazing In helping to get this resolved so im confident I will have something that works soon 🙏

Seems like great quality! Unfortunately the rain shower doesn’t have enough pressure in our house to make it what I was hoping it to be. The side sprayers are great and the hand held handle has great pressure! The side sprayers make a weird noise when they are running. I love that you can have multiple heads on at the same time(the reason I bought this specific set up). Unfortunately though, I have discovered if multiply heads are running we run out of hot water pretty quickly!There were no directions in the box, luckily I have a super star plumber who was able to figure it all out!

I must say it is not great, the sellers offers excellent service. Within 2 months of ordering the shower head's light stopped working, I called and within 10 days I had a replacement at my house.

It says that it is black. The one I got in the box is silver. So I cannot even review it.
