We don't have much space so needed something small but poweful. This does the job. Doesn't overheat even when running most of the day and night. First setting noise is quiet but it gets louder the higher the setting.Good air flow in the room. Very light weight.

it's not silent, so is a bit disturbing for bedroom use

Flimsy plastic, doesn't feel like a durable item. Turning the head makes a plasticky cracking sound.Far too noisy to be called a silent fan, even at level 1 you can hear it throughout the house.

Keeps whole room cool.Lovely cooling fan.
