Product is useless. It does not stick on the wall surface. It is waste of the money.

Absolutely a hopeless item. Today my mother age 84 years fell down in the bathroom because of this item. Fortunately she is ok but it's poor vacuum sticking system is not at all capable to sustain the pulling load during the use. Not at all recommended for the use of a senior person.

Very bad product. The vacuum fails in no time. Can be dangerous to use. I purchase two, in a hurry, for two members of the family one of whom is 95 and the other is 90 in age. Now repenting at leisure. Don’t know if it could be returned!
