Not at all what they were before
Strap was sown on crossed up,the front pocket was sown shut. At least the insert may be able to be used in another cooler bag.

hard to use the zipper
I purchased this to pack lunch for work. The zipper is a pain to use. The fabric supporting the zipper is too flimsy so it wrinkles and move too much when trying to zipper. When I'm getting read for work I don't want struggle with this zipper. Overall the whole thing feels fragile. Will be returning.

Fits a backpacking day pack
Bought this small cooler to replace another that had seen too many day of service. So far so good. It fits nicely in the bottom of my hiking day pack, allowing plenty of room on top of it for other items I might wish to add to the pack.
