"Fully isolated" and fully satisfied
Purchased an RT-10 about a month ago, built it into my pedalboard and have been using it onstage (several times per week) since. It does what it is supposed to do. Nothing to a device like this, really, but this one was done right and is keeping me happy. No ground loops here, each pedal has an ample amount of current and proper voltage... What more can I say? It's fabulous. The enclosure is HUGE, though - compared to many other pedalboard components, so be aware of and prepared for that. I understand and appreciate the reason(s) why the enclosure is so large (those lovely torroidal transformers, which allow for individual / isolated power supplies), but it's a bit of an obstacle to get around - not a complaint, really, just a bit of a challenge. The only complaint I have is that the main power cord connector port does not fit firmly / securely in the enclosure (rear panel-mounted), so I have to be very careful when I pull the main power cord out, fearing that I may draw the entire jack out with it. No big deal, though. The RT-10 cost $88 or so. Awesome. I HIGHLY recommend this. DO NOT bother with the ultra-trendy Voodoo Lab stuff (not fully isolated anyway - and it makes a TREMENDOUS difference) or Fuel Tanks, blah, blah, blah. WAAAAAAAAAAY overpriced - these things take / cost virtually nothing to make, so why pay some chimp 4 - 5 times his investment for something you can do yourself for $28 - $46. If you're like me - not a lot of time on my hands and I'm curious as hell to try new gear all the time - and need a working power supply solution, go with the Rifftone RT-10. No-brainer.

Blew up on me. There's a reason this is a lower-priced option.
So this thing is pretty great, powers all of my pedals at a much lower price point than its competition.Unfortunately, the IEC input was not built very well and the screws that held it together somehow fell off of the RT-12. Now, the input floats freely, and is able to come out of the box a few inches, exposing the wires to the metal box.Well, be careful, because I moved my pedal board a little bit, and a HUGE spark appeared out of nowhere. I looked at the RT-12 to see a huge burn right near the IEC input, and none of my pedals were working.Luckily, this malfunction didn't fry my pedals, but it fried the entire huge rehearsal room I was in (at the Ithaca College School of Music). Now, this wasn't an easy go-to-the-breaker-and-turn-the-power-back-on fix, no no, the breaker didn't fix anything. We needed an electrician to come in for many hours to repair each and every outlet that the RT-12 has destroyed.Because I need to keep gigging, I have taped the IEC together, but that should not be so. This product has screwed me over and is a danger every time I plug it in, but I gotta keep plugging it in.Please fix those screws, Rifftone, and maybe while you're at it, fix mine! This is not fair.Haven't found an easy way to contact Rifftone (there's no contact on their website)

It completely, works
I have some pedals, Boss pedals, Fulltone pedals, and Line 6 dl4.Each of pedal has got power from RT-10 successfully,Especially, it has AC output, and high voltage output, I have lots of possibility that I could expend my pedal board next time. One thing, the reason I have 4 stars, its design,Little bit thicker than any other brands' more than 2 inches.. about 7 centimeters.but blue led lamp, and graph design I love them.

would give it 6 stars if i could.
Its great. I needed a power supply that could run multiple pedals, but didnt make that annoying "buzz". This thing definitely met my expectations. It can run 8 pedals at 9v with out making any noise what so ever. It can run 12v as well. Also i think the best thing about this is that it comes with all the connections you could possibly need,(dif sizes and lengths) that will fit most types of pedals. i run a few different brands and some boutique stuff and didnt have any problems. i would definitely recommend this if your not happy with your current power supply due to frequency noise,or you need something to run a bigger pedal board. you wont be disappointed.

Works great, switches need to be correctly numbered
Works great. Gets 4 stars because the switches underneath are not labeled correctly. I have a wireless unit that needs 12v/300mA. Plugged into one of the applicable, switchable plugs. Switched the correct numbered switch and it didn't work. Checked the other switch for 12v/300mA and the wireless worked!

It gets the job done.
It's a decent quality construction, but you can tell it is of lesser quality than that of say a Voodoo Labs PP+2. While this does have its perks, like the additional outlets, and the abundance of cables, it just feels cheaper overall. It's still a solid unit that is quiet as can be, but the build quality could be better.

I would have liked some longer power cables to run to the pedals ...
It works almost perfectly, however for some reason i don't get 18 volts and I tried different diswitches setting. Also, I would have liked some longer power cables to run to the pedals of my pedalboard.

Awesome product! Great delivery service
Awesome product! Great delivery service! I don't know why others might have said it's a tad flimsy... it's actually pretty tough! No, don't go getting hammered onstage and stumbling all over your "cast metal" effects pedals and expect this to survive that abuse too... hey, it's not a PEDAL, it's a POWER SUPPLY! It's noise-free as advertised and certainly helped me clean up my signal chain as expected. I would buy another one easily! Love it!
