I bought these for my mother who needed headphones that she could use with one hand for medical reasons. She doesn't like how AirPods feel in her ears and needs something softer that cover the whole ear, so these fit the bill. When helping her set it up, I appreciated how easy it was to turn on with the little toggle button on the ear area, and how the light makes it instantly visible if the battery needs to be charged (there's also a female voice that tells you if needed). The moment it's turned on, it pairs easily to her phone and watch and the music can be controlled from those. I also liked the soft, trendy beige neutral color that sets these apart from the usual black or candy colored electronics - it goes nicely with the starlight tone Apple Watch, which I gifted to her at the same time as these. The only thing I think could be improved is that the cable that comes for these is quite short, so it's not easy to just have it on a side table and charge it at the same time. Also, I had to buy a separate wall plug adapter since this just comes with a USB cable.

The Elite 45h has very large drivers compared to other headphones of similar size and weight. This allows them to produce a nice, surprisingly full sound. The earpads are comfortable; they don't smash my ears like on-ear headphones typically do. The headband cushion isn't foam, but seems to be air-filled silicone. Thick padding is unnecessary, since the headphones weigh next to nothing and don't put any noticable pressure on my head.Voice recordings are crystal clear. Using sdetone (adjustable in-app) means you won't inadvertently shout during phone calls, since you can hear your voice more naturally than you normally can with covered ears. Sidetone would be welcome while dictating voice notes but, it isn't a feature. Also missing is a transparency or ambent awareness mode. Since the microphones work flawlessly with sidetone, I'm surprised that they're underutilized.The controls are well placed and easy to use. I like the forward "Voice" button (mute or assistant, depending on call state). I wish the button was customizable (cycling through EQ presets would be nice) but, keeping it apart from the primary controls makes it qiicker to access, when mute is wanted.These are top-notch all around.

I use the bluetooth feature and another product to connect to my tv. Volume controls on headset are not loud enough even at the loudest setting. That is my limited use for these headphones. The material on the ear coverings started peeling off after about a year. That problem seems to exist of other headphones (JBL) we have tried.

I am SO picky when it comes to headphones and I've spent hundreds on various brands promising great sound..only to be disappointed. I had wanted the noise-canceling Sony headphones but those were $300. Couldn't afford that...so I did my research and these popped up! And they were in a pretty cream color. These have such an amazing sound and it comes with an app where you can customize the sound and do a hearing test as well. I am pleasantly surprised! The only con is that I am a nearly bald woman and the headphones slide off my head if I tilt, even on the smallest setting.

I rally like these headphones because they do not give me a headache from wearing them too long. At first I thought they were a bit to big because they seemed to slide off my head. But found sitting them back on the ear gives you much better fit and sound quality. I purchased these for my Zoom meetings and telephone conferencing. One one of my calls a client told me he heard some back ground noise. It was my television that I was about 12’ away from and the volume was low enough to have a phone conversation without the headphones. Excellent ear speakers and voice. I love the fit.

GREAT battery life, very good sound. Comfortable. Connections are blazing fast and reliable. FABULOUS Battery life. The only downside it that the 'clamping force' of the headset on the head is a bit lite. Makes them very comfortable, but if you're not paying attention (they're so comfy they are easy to forget you have them on) then you can have them fall off your head when you move quickly. I'd buy these again. Did I mention the battery life...damn..I love that.

These headphones work really great. The battery life is long, so I do not have to charge often. They have great sound.
