I do feel like I could nap any time of the day if I’m not busy and wonder if one capsule every other day may work to alleviate this but this is the only observation on the negative side. Didn’t notice a difference after two 30 tablet bottles until I ran out. Then I realised how well I’d been sleeping and how good I’d been feeling. Back to being anxious and a hypochondriac and hours spent trying to go to sleep. As I haven’t changed anything else I’m guessing that these supplements did help. The biggest thing I did notice was how much more ‘me’ I felt when taking these.
