People ask me how I season my ducks. They'd never know it's not from scratch.

no brainer, just sprinkle and cook
The seasoning has Chinese flavors and is easy to use, sprinkle on the fowl you are using, let sit for an hour and roast. great flavor, not cloying, subtle and you don't need any salt. Can be used on chicken. I used it on boneless chicken thighs. Sliced thin and then eaten with bao buns, hoisin sauce, green onion and cucumber.

Very authentic and tasty.
Love the taste, flavourful and authentic. Expensive. Double the price of Noh seasoning for Chinese BBQ pork (char siu) - so don't know why there is a price difference.
