Beast of a laptop...
The performance is unquestionable. But the battery life is low which I expected from a gaming laptop. Fast charging is really good. The screen quality could have been better. Also, the brightness is too low unless we make it full....also the backlight feature of the keyboard doesn't work always, sometimes it needs restarting to work....But overall performance, sound quality, build design and everything else is top notch...

A fantastic value computer - if purchased at a reasonable price
I purchased this from amazon for just over £600 and it has proven to be a very capable laptop. It's not the most capable gaming machine - but plays most games absolutely fine, bearing in mind that a gaming laptop can easily cost double this price. Other reviewers online are quite negative about the screen but it's perfectly ok. Not the brightest (I also have a MacBook which is quite a bit brighter) but under normal viewing indoors its perfectly fine. My grandsons love it for playing games and it would run music production or video editing software quite acceptably. It's well-built and has a good range of ports. Overall I would consider it a good value laptop

Good Laptop, but definitely a refurb
The laptop itself performs very well, but it's definitely a refurbished model as the warranty on mine, according to the lenovo software, ran out 3 months before I turned it on for the first time. Given that it is refurbished, it should have been cheaper.Overall though, the laptop itself performs very well. It was purchased for working from home and on the go, and the performance and battery life have been very impressive. Powerful enough for some light gaming (MMORPG's + MOBA titles) while getting on with work, too.The keyboard is muich nicer to type on than previous laptops I have owned, and the backlight is nice and bright. The speakers are also surprisingly good for a laptop, as well.Overall, other than the fact they are selling refurbs and not brand new models, I'm very happy.

Nice looking sleek design very powerful easy upgradeable. Nice sound and sharp picture quality.
Low budget gaming laptop look no further. I've owned 4 different gaming laptop's and I have to say for power and build quality this blows them all out of the window.

Sizzling speed - spectacularly good value
This is, £ for £, one of the best laptops around. Very fast (excellent for games), back-lit keys, compact size, good battery life - what more need I say - buy it and see for yourself.

Good word of mouth made me buy it, terrible reality destroyed any future hopes of the brand
Between myself and other people I know, there have been 3 purchases of Lenovo laptops.IdeaPad in 2018, Ideapad in 2019 and this Legion in 2021.First one died in 2022 (~4 years in) - used for daily browsing & such, second died in 2022 - used for mundane daily activities as well, and mine died last week - only 23 months in.Legion was definitely not abused, not damaged, not overheated, not even gamed on very much. The Nvidia graphics chip just gave up. The other Lenovos had different parts of their motherboards explode.General good word of mouth made me buy one and lightly recommend to other people. Never again! How bad of a statistic is it, where 3 out of 3 (a 100% failure rate) laptops fail within less than 5 years and two of them within 2 years. Terrible quality!
