I wanted the room to feel like it had real fireflies in the corner on a fake tree I had. I liked them so much that I ordered a second set and another tree for the other corner of the room. They come on and flicker out very realistically in such a way that I forget there aren’t real fireflies in the house. One thing I have to add though is that I needed to purchase a separate 12 volt power cable for $6 on amazon to be able to plug them in to the outlet that I had set up with a light switch. Thankfully this was an easy install since the power plug I purchased came with a little converter I could insert the two wires into from this product and then I was good to go. Highly recommended due to the quality of the lights and the realistic random pattern behavior

Too many wires for 8 little lights for starters. Non- refundable, for another.Also, had to buy a power transformer for another $40 to power them!!!Not worth the time, wires & money!! Would return if I could.

These lights are great in the stream of my backyard pond.

first and foremost I really like the actual product. I have one of the solar versions with 18 lights I bought for $67 - which seemed very expensive but this is really the only product I found that was realistic.So I was very excited to see this low voltage version figuring the price would be more reasonable given there was 1) no solar panel and 2) there were only 9 lights. Nope, $49 which is WAY to high a price for only 9 lights. This is not even consistent with their other product pricing of similar products.Come on people, Price these better and I guarantee they will "fly off the shelf" (pun intended) instead of gouging your customers. I know I personally would buy more and recommend to my friends as well.And don't hide the number of lights, which is suspect and annoying based on the fact that nowhere in the ad do you tell you how many lights there are. You have to read the questions. That should be front and center. Too bad the business approach taints what is a very good product

These lights are realistic and mesmerizing. They kept 4 grandchildren entertained for over an hour. We created a fairy village in our flower bed. We have 10 sets now and will purchase another 10 over the next year or so.
