Blossom Recessed or Surface LED Mirror Medicine Cabinet with Lights, LED Medicine Cabinet with Defogger (24x32/Right Hinge)

I bought two of these LED medicine cabinets as they were already well reviewed and a significantly better value than competing products. Unfortunately, one arrived completely shattered due to delivery company's mishandling. But, that's where everything just got better. I called Blossom's customer service and then had the convenience of chatting with them via text. I got them photos of the damaged mirror and they shipped out a replacement ASAP. They were super responsive and even followed up to ensure I got the replacement undamaged. I'll close by saying I genuinely don't do reviews unless a product or customer service knock my socks off. And, in this case, both of those things happened! The units are well constructed and a fantastic addition to our bathroom remodel!!

Well we’ll we’ll lol long story but I order two for a master bathroom remodel they arrived about a week after ordering in seem like well packaged boxes.. one made the trip across the USA BUT the other door was pretty broke up and I read reviews saying same thing but they stated customer service was easy to work with and had a new door ship fast. Well in my case I do have to say customer service is outstanding all they wanted was a picture and they had me a new door shipped. Well that door was also broke then again waited another week and another door showed up but this one I heard the glass rolling around in the box and yes broke as well.. up to three and I’m about to give up but they wanted to pack a door very well and give it one more chance before I return them all and the forth came in a full size box like the hole original unit was shipped and packed very well and the door was in good shape. .. now I got two unit mounted and work great.. the light allot brighter then I thought but not super bright very easy on the eyes and just with the light you can see your self fine.. I do wish it could dim but it’s fine.. very nice looking likes. So don’t worry they stand behind getting you what you ordered and never once seem to be upset. Good customer service.. I now understand why these lights are not cheap the shipping break rate high lol

One of the mirrors came in broken, all I had to do was contact the company and the sent my the replacement. Excellent customer service and excellent and beautiful product. Very happy about it.

This review is long over due, item was shipped very securely and arrived on time. Item worked perfectly and looks great in our remodeled bathroom.

We looked at a lot of LED mirrors. These were at a very a reasonable price point so we ordered them. They arrived on time and turned out to be even better than we thought. The LED,s are bright and the heaters keep them fog free. Everyone that has seen our bathroom renovation wants to get them. We are Very happy customers.

This is amazing mirror, well manufactured, well packe, does not look cheap, it’s sturdy and worth every dollar.

I absolutely love them.
